As a TM teacher and a practicing economist, the most comprehensive presentation on TM was given by quantum physicist Dr John Hagelin. Professionally, I did specialise in the efficiency increase of business organisations, and TM gives us the key to the highest level of efficiency we can achieve on a personal level. Therefore, it is important for me, as it is also often for those business people to whom I teach TM, to achieve this same efficiency when learning TM. That is why I put here available the video "Introductory Lecture to Transcendental Meditation" by Dr. John Hagelin, which is one of the most effective TM lectures ever presented.
